Methodology
No mystery numbers.
No premature certainty.
The live map adds and subtracts entered amounts for net position and monthly margin. Canadian tax, benefit, and projection outputs remain unavailable until every required figure is sourced, dated, checked, and allowed through the engine’s verification guard.
Assumptions 2026.1
The data shape exists. The figures are deliberately null so an unfinished Canadian calculation cannot appear credible. The current entered-amount arithmetic does not read those figures.

Source from primary authorities
Federal figures must trace to the Canada Revenue Agency or Service Canada. Provincial and territorial values must trace to the applicable government source. A search result or secondary summary is not sufficient evidence.
Record the effective date and version
Each figure carries a source URL, effective date, and verification state. The engine receives a complete assumption version explicitly; it does not reach into a hidden global table.
Fail closed
If a required figure is null or unverified, the engine throws instead of estimating silently. Tax brackets must cover the full tested income range before a result can render.
Make every run reproducible
Engine output includes the engine version, assumption version, an input hash, and a timestamp. Golden edge-case tests remain gated until the source review is complete.
